Subject: kdeadmin/kcron [POSSIBLY UNSAFE]

CVS commit by adridg:

Fix bug 59930: replace totally broken ifstream /etc/passwd handling
with getpwent() loop. This means adding some extra constructors to
take struct passwd * parameters. Tested on FreeBSD 5-CURRENT both
as root and as non-root.

TODO: Since we've ignored the original author's wishes of not using
Qt and KDE, the whole thing should probably be moved to QString
and KUser instead of what it uses now.
