Subject: Bug#46005: Uses old cached file when typing in URL after reload
From: shu () rufuran ! org
Date: 2002-07-31 20:56:02
[Download RAW message or body]
Package: kio-http
Version: KDE 3.0.2
Severity: normal
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20020320 [FreeBSD]
OS: FreeBSD
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified
For example, if a site has been updated, one would need to reload to get the new \
version and supposedly syncs the cache. After this reload, typing in the URL into \
Konqueror should display the new page, however, it does not. After a page has been \
reloaded, links refer to the newpage, but if you were to delete the URL entering \
field and re-type in the URL, it gives you the out-of-date cached version.
