For example, if a site has been updated, one would need to reload to get the new version and supposedly syncs the cache. After this reload, typing in the URL into Konqueror should display the new page, however, it does not. After a page has been reloaded, links refer to the newpage, but if you were to delete the URL entering field and re-type in the URL, it gives you the out-of-date cached version.
