Subject: Bug#44550: mouse can't drag after screens has been powerd down by APM

Package: kdesktop
Version: KDE 3.0.0
Severity: normal
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Compiler: kdevelop 2.1
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

After the screen (a MITSUBUSHI 17HX) has been re-powered up after a screensaver \
session and subsequent APM power-down, the XServer still gets (and dispatches) \
mouse-click events but it doesn't get drag-events (i.e. i can click a window but i \
can't drag it). Everythings gets OK again if i restart the XServer. The machine \
running Linux is an HP Kayak XA and the mouse focus policy i have selected is "focus \
follows the mouse". I've not been able to understand if there's a connection between \
screensaver's type and this bug because i have selected the "random" option in the \
configuration module.

Thanks
