Your message with subj: There is no search tab in KDE help center

the missing search tab is no bug, it has been removed on purpose
as it never really worked and it's even worse since we switched to XML
docbook.

Subject: There is no search tab in KDE help center
From: hrabe@balrog.aecom.yu.edu

Package: kdehelp
Version: unknown (using KDE 2.2.0 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-85)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.3-12
OS/Compiler notes:

The title says it all. Although the documentation mentions help searching several \
times, the tab that used to be there as well as the control panel configuration for \
htdig location and index build are all gone. I installed all available tarballs and \
have htdig installed. I hope it's just a bug and not an intended feature.

Thanks,
Honza
