Reproduce:

Ensure that the windows have a menu-icon/system icon.
Ensure that the menu animation is enabled.
My DoubleClick value is 300ms.

Try to close the window by double-clicking the menu-icon. If the double-click action \
takes longer than the window animation the window closes. If the double-click action \
ends before the menu is expanded the double-click is ignored.
