I'm using the latest libzmq.dll 3.2.3.0.

I'm using the latest clrzmq.dll 3.0.12310.0 rc1

On my local PC I'm able to use the PUB / SUB feature without any issues.

When I use my application across two machines then it fails.

I can see when doing NETSTAT -an it shows my connection either in a TIME_AW=
AT state or SYN_SENT state. It never appears as ESTABLISHED state so when I=
try to connect it says Address not available.

Regards,
