hopefully the FAQ links provided earlier should help.

basically, if  you've got Windows, I'd suggest downloading the PJEE
(Personal Java Emulation Environment) from Sun since that provides class
libraries for desktop compiling/testing.

apps should be portable to iPaq (running Jeode). and other implementations
compatible with JDK 1.1.8

I (and someone else) have ported "Waba classic" but I haven't heard of any
efforts for SuperWaba.
