I sent signed and faxed license agreement 4 or 5 times and never received
any sort of response. Several emails also went unanswered. It would be nice
to hear some sort of response from XAudio on this. Is it acceptable to
XAudio to go ahead and distribute the dll after sending the signed agreement
to XAudio without having received the agreement signed and returned by
XAudio?
