We don't do a thing with log rotation.  Must be something Redhat's done.

Personally, I pipe the xferlog through a named pipe and have a daemon read
the pipe and rotate the logs.  On Redhat machines, I then kill off their
entire, lame, log-rotation scheme since it doesn't work (not only does it
not work for WU-FTPD, but it does not work for syslog, Sendmail, Apache or
anything else you care to run).
