Not really.  See my ExtTextOut -> Unicode patch.  My problem was that ppoint
was writting 0x2022 (Unicode bullet), now while after my patch X11 still
doesn't display the bullet the builtin PS driver prints it.

Now dec.149 == 0x95 which is the right for a bullet in the windows ANSI
mapping and it will print correctly with psdrv too.  I'm surprised this doesn't
disply under X11 if you're using a Windows TT font, but then I haven't got the
FontTastic fs so I can't really help.  Does it work with FreeType xfs?
