This is a second attempt, because the maillist rejected the first attachment 
with a zip file.  Trying again with a tar.gz ...

Attached are some minor makefile updates.  Would anyone interested please 
doublecheck that they don't break anything?  Changes are:

Make_bc5.mak:  Change DEBUG and CODEGUARD options to yes/no
              Includes previous pathdef.diff patch

Make_cyg.mak:  Remove obsolete comment about OLE.
              Only define __CYGWIN__ when not using -mno-cygwin

Make_ming.mak: Add POSTSCRIPT option
              Replaced MIN option with
                 FEATURES=[TINY | SMALL  | NORMAL | BIG | HUGE] option
              Change CPU to CPUNR like bc5 and cyg

Make_mvc.mak:  Add FEATURES=[TINY | SMALL  | NORMAL | BIG | HUGE] option

I made these changes to make options more consistent among the four Win32 
makefiles.
