No, because the values of these options are not saved when starting diff
mode, thus they can't be restored.  'foldcolumn' might still need to be
non-zero if other buffers remain in diff mode (unless the command is to
remove diff mode for all buffers).  'wrap' can be on or off, independent
of diff mode.  Resetting 'scrollbind' would be useful though.
