Could that be related to the fact that when foldopen==all, then :set
foldopen-=jump does NOT unset jump (foldopen remains set to all)? -- IOW,
suboptions set through "all" cannot be unset one by one. Or is there an
undocumented suboption? (Bram? Or someone?)
