Hi,
Its possibly a timing issue whereby some of the disk devices are present in the OS \
device tree at the time vxvm scans it during the boot process. Have more devices been \
added recently ? or has the HBA config changed ? cheers
tony

Subject: [Veritas-vx] vxcofigd shows "device not found"
Hi everyone --
After rebooting, several of our EMC diskgroups show the below output.
Rebooting and/or importing-deporting the diskgroup will always show different disks.
The workaround has been
vxreattach -r
Has anyone seen this type of issue???
Solaris8 - 64 bit
VxVM 3.5mp3
lpc 5.01b with Firmware 3.92a2 and Fcode 1.41a4
PowerPath 4.3.0_b110
Thank you.
