Hi,

To proof-of-concept moving features from GWT to react, we moved the
"migrate" functionality in admin portal from GWT to
ovirt-engine-ui-extensions [1]. We also moved the dashboard there and
dropped ovirt-engine-dashboard. Please install this new project in your dev
environment and then follow the installation instructions in the README [2].

You can skip this in your dev environment if you don't need the dashboard
or migrate.
