Thanks for the suggestions.  It is a micro connector on one of the first
version of b200 (white board)
I'll see if I can find someone with a B200 and take a close look at the
board under a microscope next chance I get.

I was thinking the small blade contacts inside B200 connector might be
wearing... I guess worst case, a replacement USB connector wouldn't be too
hard.  I'm well outside the warranty at this point.... so it's probably
cheaper/quicker to place an order to Digikey and fire up the soldering iron.
