Indeed, but there are other projects that work with a kind of democratic 
process instead of a benevolent dictatorship. I believe Apache and debian 
work that way. KDE and Gnome do for sure. They are directed, the first by 
the group of its core developers, the second by the Gnome Foundation Board.

So, the question is: do you plan to work in a democratic manner with 
UserLinux or to act as a benevolent dictator, in the Linux, python, perl 
fashion ?

This will certainly have a huge influence on the number of volonteer you can 
gather.
