I am new at this having just installed a pc three weeks ago and finished
my laptop this morning. One of the problems I encountered initially was
with my cd I think. You might try and burn the image again at a very
slow speed. Other than that I think you'll probably need to give some
more information to get specific help. One thing you might do if you
have any usb devices such as a web cam, unplug them. If you are using
broadband lan, then you have an advantage I would think. (Worked great
for me). Also, try the forum. There is much information and help there
also. Probably easier to get "quick" help there. Good luck. It is well
worth the effort.
