I wouldn't advise that.  Might as well forget your firewall if you're using an 
account to access random websites that can easily gain root privileges.  Your 
webbrowser executes code from the net under your account, but a missing 
firewall is NOT a security risk on its own, it's only a secondary line of 
defense.  Either way, your firewall will let ANY web traffic through, unless 
you configure it to use a filtering proxy.
