Heh; I am not used to developers caring. I will do this. Thanks for the
friendly reminder, Oli. It is hard to get used to the excellent support
in Ubuntu.

My issue relates to both alsa sound and ndiswrapper being broken. I have
to compile alsa-drivers from source, since there is not a new version of
alsa-drivers that has the fixed snd-atiixp driver. This is a known
issue, afaik. Since I am not doing my alsa-drivers the ubuntu way, I
figured that the resultion of the bug would more than likely result in
blame being shifted to my funky setup.

I'll try to garner enough information in my synaptic logs to rustle up a
good enough bug report.

| packagemanager wont update something that isnt installed...its hoary,
| rather file a bug and let the devs care (with your testing help) to get
