Hello, 

When OnDatAvailable event is called I need an semaphore 
to be sure that each data packages is processed one 
after another. 

I´ve tried using CriticalSection, but WSocket events is 
processed in the main thread, so EnterCriticalSection 
procedure don´t stay waiting.

Could anybody give an help with this?
