	I've committed an update to the mail system (and related code bases) to
allow for a layer of abstraction, much like the sql code.  Currently it
doesn't do very much but pass off the calls to the various php imap_()
functions (hence the default provider is called php-imap).

	The goal of these changes is to make TWIG less IMAP centric and allow for
other mail systems to be used (POP3, direct file access, SQL based, etc.)
without having to rewrite the entire mail interface each time.

	Next time you check out the TWIG code from CVS, make sure you include a -d
to create the new directory (lib/mail) in your local copy.
