OK, now I can't reproduce the problem either.  I recently upgraded from
version 2.3.2, so maybe the people experiencing the problem had it from
earlier, and once they fix it it's done.  Sorry for making you look for
a problem that doesn't exist.

This is going way back to Oct 17 on the list, but shortly after this
message, Move and Expunge was also added an a new preferences item. 
However, it was added without this fix--at least from the behavior I've
seen in v2.5.1.

I think that may be the reason for some of the recent "my message is
marked deleted but I can't get rid of it" postings we've seen as well. 
Can anyone confirm this by toggling your "move and expunge
simultaneously" preference.  Remember, the deleted/moved message has to
be #1.
