Hi,

the template looks really nice!
But I think you should send your template to the ViewVC project so they 
can incorporate it there. TortoiseSVN has nothing to do (technically 
speaking) with ViewVC, i.e. I don't think such a template would make 
much sense in the TSVN repository.
