TiniHttpServer 0.7 is available from...

A summary of the changes is below.  The most notable are that this version
fixes the "blank request deadlock bug", adds support for a "transfer log",
and includes a "transfer log daemon".  See the docs for more info.

Summary of changes...

=BB Improved TmexServlet to explicitly target all family codes
  and search for all iButtons.
=BB Added support for transfer log (and server.transferLog property).
=BB Improved multi-threading so a "blank request" will not hang
  entire server.
=BB Added socket timeout (and server.requestTimeout property) so that
  "blank requests" will timeout.
=BB Simplified tracking of active handler count.
=BB Added support for the transfer log daemon (and the
  server.transferDaemon property).
=BB Added the transfer log daemon.
=BB Added miscellaneous helper files.
