We have the 'completed' column with reports the completion as a percentage of the \
total effort. We could add a 'completedeffort' column which explicitely shows the \
value. But I think the percentage is way more helpful as people want to know facts \
like "we are half done" rather than "we have completed 73526 out of 147052 man \
hours".
