Just curious about how a New message is automatically designated Unread
(Win32) in the folder summary. I have a folder that receives new mail
everyday via filter, but is rarely opened. Each day the New count seems
to start over.  Is this a programmed algorithm, have to do with the way
filtering works or a setting somewhere?
