Hello people.

Today was the third time that Drag&Drop for messages stopped working. Two
out of three, the problem appeared on startup.

As DnD is disabled during mailbox scanning, I paid special attention if
Sylpheed was accessing mailboxes or not, and left it on for a while, just
to be sure. 

The only way to restore DnD was restarting Sylpheed. I never noticed this
problem with any earlier version.

I'm using 2.0.1b1 checked out by SVN.
