Yep, I just had the same happening and I found a solution. You
probably have a ".gtkrc-kde" file in your $HOME/ directory. Just move
that over to ".gtkrc" and restart sylpheed. It now looks just fine. If
you don't have that, I'll send it to you on request. :-)
