Edit Configuration, Common Preferences, Other, to use a print command.
Use a print formatter, like pr or enscript.
I use:
  enscript -d lj -L 60 -f Courier10 %s

PS:  Can/would you enable line wrapping?  (in Config/Common/Compose)
