I had Netscape configured.  When I changed it to Mozilla, Help started working.  Thanks.

I didn't even know that there was an Other under Common Preferences.  I also found a way to eliminate the \
Exit prompt.  

Maybe now I'll be able to find some of the information I need without using the discussion list.
