I started a project many moons ago called Kafka to develop a dreamweaver
type app for KDE. I got some initial code done and then had to leave the
project, but it has been picked up recently. It would be an idea to keep
an eye on this one.

I am gonna contact the authors about updating the site (I currently have
write access to it) but you can see it at http://kafka.kde.org/.

BTW, we have some server troubles with KDE atm due to a server upgrade
so if you cannot access it then don't dispair - it will be up soon.
