Yes, all the qt-4.1rc1-3 packages are installed. QtForm header is present 
in /usr/include/QtForm directory, but libQtForm not exists in /usr/lib 
directory.

To import the project I go to Project then Import Existing Project, select the 
directory and proceed the build of project.
