Kmid is affected too but the problematic package is kdebase4-runtime:

# zypper in kdebase4-runtime
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
Resolving package dependencies...

Problem: kdebase4-runtime-16.08.2-1.1.x86_64 requires kdelibs4, but this 
requirement cannot be provided
   uninstallable providers: 
kdelibs4-4.14.25-1.1.x86_64[download.opensuse.org-oss]
  Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
   downgrade of libkde4-4.14.27-33.5.x86_64 to libkde4-4.14.25-1.1.x86_64
   downgrade of libkdecore4-4.14.27-33.5.x86_64 to 
libkdecore4-4.14.25-1.1.x86_64
  Solution 2: do not install kdebase4-runtime-16.08.2-1.1.x86_64
  Solution 3: break kdebase4-runtime-16.08.2-1.1.x86_64 by ignoring some 
of its dependencies
