Steps to reproduce:
1. Use linux client to create file with illegal windows filename (eg, includes 
colon in filename).
2. On windows, update working copy.
3. Attempt to commit modification to illegal file.
4. Delete directory containing illegal file.

Commit fails, cleanup required, but working copy is locked.  Cleanup reports that 
it cannot find the illegal filename.
