I now believe this to be hardcoded.  Although, I'm hardly the
expert.  I taught PAM to set the MAIL and MAILDIR env vars (both,
just in case) to my real location and sqwebmail ignored it.  It
continues to open "~/Maildir" on login.

Maybe PHP Groupware.  Standalone sqwebmail is just so lightweight,
it was/is very attractive.
