Subject: SILC Server 0.9.9


The SILC Server version 0.9.9 is now available!  The software is available
from the following sources:

        http://silcnet.org/
        ftp://ftp.silcnet.org/

And here we go with the new server introducing and supporting the SILC
protocol version 1.2.  To avoid any problems you should be using the
latest SILC client version to connect to this server.  Also many of the
crashes that were apparent in 0.9.8 has been fixed in this version.
Upgrading thus is strongly recommended.

Please refer to the ChangeLog on the website or the CHANGES file in the
package for complete list of changes.  Report all bugs, don't sit on them!
