On two different occasions, we have encountered a bug in where a HA 
firewall will not start its services after a patch is applied and it is 
promoted to primary.  We found that restarting the nss service fixes 
this problem.

  cf server restart nss

I'm not sure if this problem occurs every time a patch is loaded, but we 
have definitely encountered it more than once.  I performed the above 
command AFTER the system had been promoted to primary.  It would be 
interesting to know if I could have run that same command prior to 
promoting the standby system, thus no additional downtime would have 
been required.

Has anyone else had this problem?
