Actually, I do, you probably have Apache stomping on your webapp context
or it's otherwise in the way of getting the requests forwarded to Java.
This is why it's not a good idea to change handlerURL, nor is there
usually a reason to.

Anyway, something's off with your ProxyPass setup, most likely, nothing to
do with the SP directly.
