this is To URI of call that conf_auth uses when it sends invite to
conference application.

 > self.conf_uri 

this is Request URI

 > self.conf_duration 

this is how long the user will be allowed participate in the conference.

 > self.conf_participants

this is not currently used by conf_auth app.  in order to avoid
confusion, i should remove it.
