My client develops, distributes, and sells secure electronic commerce and
communications products.

Situation Vacant:  VP of Marketing.

Reports to:   CEO

Salary:    Negotiable

Minimum educational background required, four-year college degree. Desired
educational level for the job, self-education or MBA.

Suitable candidates should have experience in Internet Electronic Commerce
in a high level strategic marketing area. Preferred executive team
management experience. Ideal candidate would have Internet Security
Solutions background and broad knowledge of cryptography and encryption.

Successful candidate would build Marketing team from the ground up, have
responsibility for all marketing communications, product management, public
relations, and channel marketing.

Candidates should have strong marketing skills, strategic thinker at high
level. Ability to cross over into sales would be an advantage. Public
speaker with experience in presentations to large groups.

Compensation includes a base, bonus and pre-ipo stock.  Full relocation is
covered.  The position is located in Dublin, Ireland.
