Title:  Sr. Security Analyst-SAP

Job Description:

This position is for an SAP/HR Security Analyst who will be an integral member of the \
Kohler Co. IT-SAP Security Team.  This Team has global responsibility for ensuring \
the security of Kohler Company’s networks, computers, and applications that \
support all of Kohler’s product divisions and manufacturing.   The primary focus \
of this position is SAP/HR security and the security of HR data throughout all Kohler \
applications and systems.  

This position is expected to participate in various security projects and topics \
shared by the entire security team, especially projects that cross all platforms \
using HR data.   The ideal candidate will bring a passion for security, for learning, \
and for working in a tight-knit, hardworking team.  Previous SAP/HR or SAP security \
experience is preferred; however, any candidate looking for an exciting opportunity \
who has experience with security in any ERP application and in protecting \
HR-Personnel data and who wants to become an SAP security expert should apply.  \
Candidates are expected understand the basic principals and complexity concerning \
data privacy in a global environment and have the skill to envision how to protect \
PII and Credit Card data across a world-wide enterprise.

This highly visible team interacts with numerous departments and multiple levels of \
employees and management.  The right candidate will have a passion for security, a \
strong drive to solve technical issues, is comfortable designing security solutions, \
can run implementation projects, and enjoys being part of a great security team.

This position is located in Kohler, WI which is approximately 45 minutes north of \
Milwaukee, WI and 2.5 hours from Chicago, IL.  Relocation assistance will be \
available for the right candidate.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

1.	Bachelor’s degree required.  
2.	2-4 years IT Security and systems/network administration experience.  
3.	1+ years experience in the configuration or maintenance security in an ERP \
solution is required.  Prefer experience with SAP security.
