I would recommend two books from the SAS Institute Books by Users Program.  The
first is Paul Allison's "Logistic Regression Using the SAS System: Theory and
Applications" and the second is by Maura Stokes and several other people.  The
second book is called "Categorical Data Analysis Using the SAS System" and a
new edition, for Version 8, was recently released by the SAS Institute
Publications Division.
