Hi,
The fact that it is looking for loginscript.  (with no username after the .)
indicates that the sessionsetup&x is being done with a null username, or
that the %U is not being expanded for some reason.
I remember some posts complaining about this behavior (%U not being expanded
on some versions of samba); you might want to check the archives...

I did all the modifications, but that is the result of testparm:

 /usr/local/samba/bin >./testparm
Load smb config files from /usr/local/samba/lib/smb.conf
Can't find include file /usr/local/samba/lib/logonscript.
Processing section "[netlogon]"

That's my modified smb.conf:

[global]
   workgroup = ZAFFARI1
   server string = Samba Server Zaffari1
   guest account = usuario
   log file = /var/spool/samba/log.%m
   lock dir = /var/spool/samba/locks
   max log size = 30
   security = user
   time server = yes
   time offset = 0
   socket options = TCP_NODELAY
   domain logons = yes


   logon script = logon.bat
   include = /usr/local/samba/lib/logonscript.%U


   local master = yes
   os level = 200
   null passwords = yes
   load printers = yes
   printing = hpux
