Yes we can add this baud rate.  There are several we need to add but that
will come after resolving some other windows problems mentioned on the 
list.

It is possible to just hard code the baud rate into the termios.c source
code but that is something you would have to do on your end.  It will take 
time to get the fix on this side as it has to be done right on all OSs.
