I am trying to find out what the current status of the WinCE port is.
Did the CE port ever make the switch to the gnu.io package?  Is CE current
with rxtx 2.1?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.  I've been trying to get it
up and running on PocketPC 2003 but no luck so far - I want make sure I am
going in the right direction.
