Dear All,

My name is Jorge and I am Computer Security staff member CSIRT.FEUP (Faculty of \
Engineering University of Oporto - Portugal).

We have recently installed and configured RTIR with RTFM and until now it's working \
great!

Anyway, I find out that sometimes we forget to analyze some investigations or \
incident reports because we have a lot of open tickets and its kind of a hard job to \
search every ticket everyday in order to see if there are new messages or comments. \
Is there any option or script that sends e-mail notifications for Owners when a \
Correspondent or a CC replies or posts a comment? Thanks in advance.
