Go into extras and load the KDE3 compatibility packages for kdelibs and qt3 
then got back to slackware 12.2 or 12.1 and load you choice of kdewebdev3.5.9 
or 10

If there is no extras folder on the dvd then any ftp mirro should have the 
packages. The slackpkg tool would need a config tweak before it looks in the 
extras folder and then you would need to change slackware versions so getting 
the packages via ftp or http is probably easier.
