There is a nice LAMP page on the (K)Ubuntu wiki for installing that I 
tried before.  As I mentioned in my previous post I was able to get 
Apache and PHP working and MySQL installed without any problems.  It was 
simply setting up the MySQL. :)

I would love to use my little 386 server to be a server, but its big bad 
64MB of RAM can't handle MySQL.
